Benching was good. Could have had another rep with 425 raw but saved it for trying the shirt today. I think I finally found a shirt I may be able to use. It fits me about right now that I'm heavier. I'm going to add weight a little at a time. Try to rep 500 off low boards and touch with it in the next month or two.
