Benching was good. Could have had another rep with 425 raw but saved it for trying the shirt today. I think I finally found a shirt I may be able to use. It fits me about right now that I'm heavier. I'm going to add weight a little at a time. Try to rep 500 off low boards and touch with it in the next month or two.

Hurting too much today on squat so stopped early. Last set actually felt the best though. Still not bad for just loose wraps I put on myself and was still easy.
