squatted 590 with wraps
benched 400
and pulled 640
for a 1630 total with wraps at 198
got my goal of elite raw at 198
I just missed 720 in the deadlift, it came up so fast i got off balance and tipped forward a split second before I recieved the down command. Jumped to 750 to go for a big pr, rushed the setup and was out of position when it broke the floor so I never really had a chance. Looking to do the USPA Socal open in september and then IPL worlds in November. Not sure on what weight class I will end up but I'm pretty sure I got a qualifying total at 198,220, and 242 locked up. So one of those weight classes.

Finished up my two small workouts this week and everything felt fine. Got some deep tissue massages and other work done and im feeling great muscularly. Weight is down to 207 while eating 3-4 times a day(no carbs). Should be a very easy cut tomorrow for weigh ins at 10 am on friday.
Planned openers and later attempts:
Squat-540->579->611 (all state records and the 611 attempt would break the american record)
Bench Press-347->375->418 (again all state records with a shot at the American record on the third)
Deadlift-634->667ish->733ish (same as above)
The real goal, first and foremost, is to hit all my seconds and get my elite total at 198. Everything else is just icing.
