Today was my first day back in the gym after my meet. Didn't go as planned hit 775 670 550. My goal was 850 700 650. Which I know I am more than capable of doing. Anyway here is what went down today.

ryan, pull mid shin pin 1-2 against quaded purples, above knee work is really useless ;)

sorry i havent been on in awhile. but i have decided to put powerlifting on the back burner for a little while and start bodybuilding again. plan on hitting the stage sometime in 2011.
