Today was my first day back in the gym after my meet. Didn't go as planned hit 775 670 550. My goal was 850 700 650. Which I know I am more than capable of doing. Anyway here is what went down today.

ITS GOING TO TAKE TIME TO GET MY BODY BACK INTO POWERLIFTING SHAPE. AS I STARTED TODAY I REALIZED THAT IT WILL HAPPEN JUST AS LONG AS I STAY FOCUSED. HERE IS HOW IT BEGAN.

WELL TODAY I STARTED WORKING OUT AGAIN AFTER A WEEK OFF. FELT PRETTY GOOD TO. WILL ONLY GET BETTER AS THINGS GET CLOSER TO JANUARY. HERE IS HOW THINGS WENT.
