255 I fucked up as we were doing commands and I went before the start command and Becky let me know so then like an asshole I tried to restart the lift back at lockout lost air and just bombed the fucking lift.

Everything went great from this point on as we were still trying to get me to touch before the September 5th meet and I had only 1 good touch before today.

This is deload week for me but I can't take a deload as I'm preparing for the September 5th meet so I am a bit taxed out but I do get a full week off meet week so I will train as needed.

Not a good day as I have been in shirt to many weeks in a row and if not for the meet I would be deloading this week.

All in all it's not a big deal I can pull through until full deload meet week and last week was a great shirt up that we know were I'm at and set an opener at 315.

great job at the meet. Open you hips at the top. If you do not open at the top you can not get depth.
