255 I fucked up as we were doing commands and I went before the start command and Becky let me know so then like an asshole I tried to restart the lift back at lockout lost air and just bombed the fucking lift.
Everything went great from this point on as we were still trying to get me to touch before the September 5th meet and I had only 1 good touch before today.

All in all it's not a big deal I can pull through until full deload meet week and last week was a great shirt up that we know were I'm at and set an opener at 315.
