Crossfit Open WOD 12.3
18 minutes:
15 box jumps (20" box)
12 push press (75)
9 toes to bar
6 full rounds, 15 box jumps, 5 push presses
Then...
DB floor press:
12@40s, 45s, 50s
DB fly:
10@20s (x3)
Pull ups:
10@wide grip, regular grip, chin ups, neutral grip
Lateral raise:
10@10s (x3)
Tricep pressdowns, mini band:
3x10
DB curls:
8@25s (x3)
Face pulls, monster mini:
3x12

This morning, got up and ran.
Dynamic warmup-type stuff.
Sprint 100m-ish, walk back, repeat x10.
Also, nobody really reads this and it's one of many logs I keep, so I'm probably not going to update this log as much unless there is some kind of big uproar. For more detailed adventures, refer to my log on our gym's forum.
