This was a good/bad day. I'm very fucking tired this entire week from taking care of grandpa and stressing. I tried to have a good workout but did not. My fucking form SUCKED FUCKING DONKEYASSBALLHAIRS!!!!!
The good is that as horrible as my form was I was able to grind out five reps so my strength is good. That is all. SS, RB

Well my 52 Ace briefs are too loose now. Since I'm a lightweight I'll have to get new gear. Dang, that sucks!! LOL!! (not really). I felt strong today. I had to raise the box a titch cuz my form was breaking down. That is all. SS, RB

Okay, first off I had a spotter but no board holders. How in the world did I EVER get by without a team?? LOL!! They had this nifty little board vest and it worked okay on warmup stuff. I'd be leary to use it on militia boards though.
I was closer to touching but needed eyes on and talking. The guy who helped me, Todd, has limited experience and just didn't know what to do. He'll learn in time.

800-810 x 2 I've narrowed down my guess
900 x 1
That's all. This is my first day back after a nasty bout of bronchitis. The squats were trouble today. It started with the 8something set. The unrack was fine but the squat was slow and heavy. I couldn't breathe today and that seems to be a critical part of lifting. 900 moved like 1,100 would so I called it a day. Sometimes it benefits us to walk away before something goes bad. SS, RB
