Usually your bench is supposed to go up when you put on weight....

Anyways, nice job with the 455, although I have no idea how you miss the 2nd rep with only 425 and then still go up and get that.

I could prolly gain 20 more lbs and my bench would not respond. Cause I suck at it. It's a damn disgrace. Oh well at least I keep tryin'. Maybe that means I'm stupid too? lol.

pat and i are going to do the uspf venice beach meet on the 23, are you going to be there as well? pat said something about it.

anyways, today, he cheated and pulled 585 for a single on rack pulls off of a knee height pin. i thought you should know. if he could only pull that off the floor!

That's what I thought. There is a USPA meet Sept 3rd in Long Beach. They have raw and single ply divisions.

Sucks that Joe pulled out. Guess Steve's holdin all the membership in Cali. Let me know what you guys decide to do. Train Hard!!

The bench guys kicked my ass as usual. Jarred and Bobby got 565 super easy. I had to hold Jarred back..next time buddy-605!
This was our first “test” day in this cycle. I got a small PR. I may need to start getting in my shirt soon. But I feel this raw work will pay off.

Felt like shit. Pulled my back. Training a day earlier and pissed about it. Decided to get rid of the bands and just do some heavy singles. Cuz it’s funner.

Fuckin easy. No intensity at all. I feel very strong on the squat right now and that’s weird because I don’t think I’ve done enough work lately. Oh well, it’s time to heal up my back and get my head out of my ass so I can train right next week!!

This software had a great embedding system when we bought it last week but an update came out about 10 minutes after it was set up on Tuesday. Once they ran that update, embedding was screwed up. The company is working on a solution. It seems to work better in some browsers than others.
