Fucked around on bench for a while, tried to put the shirt on by myself but I was reminded too much of being in a straight jacket... Did stuff like work up to 225x3, miss 275, put the shirt on myself and not get 315 to touch... then decided I was being an idiot.

I am at school right supposedly helping my girlfriend clean the office but I'm fucking around online watching her do the work. I get up to take a piss and I see this kid I've seen before. He is a cross-country runner. He also wears the same shoes I do, Brooks Beasts. So I say, "excuse me, I noticed we're wearing the same shoes. I'm really fat, and these are fat person shoes and I wonder why you have them, do you overpronate?--"
He interrupts me and says, "They're RUNNING shoes." And looks at me like I'm going to eat him.
I pause for a long time, say "Yeah, I know. Nevermind" He then said he has bad arches. Whatever

Shitty Shitty Shitty workout! I deadlifted for over an hour, and I couldn't get anything to go. I fucking hate this lift. I can't fucking describe it. I tried to cheat to the max today, I even used straps and my squat suit... no difference. I was thinking about using a fucking crane but I couldn't find one in the garage.
