last one of the year so went light
Worked up to 365 3x3 with 2 sec pause
Old titan shirt on to pins eq to 4 boards (hard to put on bongee cord to hold boards while wearing shirt)

Side laterals 25 lbs 4x15
Dumbell curls 25 lbs 5x15 trying to gain size on arm to make shirt arm fit tight
last one of the year so went light

405 12x2 1 min rest between sets. Good cardio 9720 lbs volume on the 12x2. I love it. This is really how I like to train. While I do agree there are more ways to skin the cat I really like to train this way
