Mark Bell gives you some other options on how to manage your speed training. Rep work 3×8, 4×6, 6×4, and 5×5 are a good replacement for speed work. Use about 10% more weight but don’t use bands or chains. Press the weights methodically and not violently on this day. #PowerProject
