Im 21,weigh at 220 I've been lifting now for about a year, and i first started off wanting to look good, but then as time passed i started falling in love with lifting heavy. My dead lift max is 425, bench 275, and squat 405. I was wondering what would a good routine be for me to build muscle and strength, and hopefully become a powerlifter.

personally thats something you have to fin out on your own and over time but what these guys use is the westside barbell style lou simmions look him up its basically speed training and max training each week one day for speed one day for max leg or dead one max bench and speed same not sure if they do both deads and squats on speed day im sure they switch from dead one week to squat and assiastance work on those days mainly more on your speed days but uh personally i cant stand that type training shhhhhhh dont tell i got my own way of doing things its just what i think works for me and and over years of trying this and trying that its what i like and basically if it works do it if if you think it works do it

hi..i'm italian..last week i bought the sling shot,i'd like increase strength in bench press..can u help me whit a good training..i understood i had to train 2 times a week one max one speed but how??how many series and repetion?recovery?i'm beginner..I am ready to train hard..please help me!!thamk you

Pancius, first put your slingshot in your closet for now till you learn the basics of lifting. Since your new I would start with a 5x5 on the big lifts(squat, dead lift,bench) just send me a message and I would be gladly to help you out
