I didnt start out with wrist wraps for bench, but now wearing them I have been having bad days in the gym. I dont know if this is because of the wraps or mentally drained here on deployment. My deadlift and cardio days are good so I think the issue is the wrist wraps. Anybody think they can help a guy out?
