last week stuff
pulled 405x1 againist monster minis missed 435 at the top, bent bar rolled out of my hands
incline pressed 275 - 30lb pr used a new bench that i could get some leg drive from
345 chain sup. GM 30lb pr

nice deadlifts man. that is the hard way to do them. it will be easy once you do the normal way again. btw have you been doing front squat at all? I used to do those on my deadlift days. normaly 2 working sets at 225-275 might put a few lb onto your back squat for you.
