MEET results
606lb squat 105lb PR
402lb bench
534lb Deadlift 33lb PR

Over all the meet went well, i only had 1 no lift so 8 of 9 on the day wasn't bad . A big thank you goes out to everyone at ST if it wasn't for you guys and girls i wouldn't have made the strides i have. Austin thank for helping with my shirt and handing off for me , Ryan thanks for wrapping my knees.

Great meet, you showed off your strength yesterday. Sorry for not calling your depth on the last squat, but it worked out for the best, and it's not like you listen anyway! Don't worry about the bench, the new shirt will help out a ton. Also, I hope you drank a lot of beer for me in celebration!
