ME deadlift
315x5x5 sumo and in a squat suit with straps up
315x5x2 Conv W/ straps down
315x10 Mark killed me on this one but i loved it
This was my first time using a suit for deads all in all i didnt feel to bad and my sumo is feeling better every workout.
