Summary of the Four Day Program

Tuesday
Max effort lower body day (squat, dead lift)
1. Hamstrings
2. Lower back
3. Abs
4. Possible upper back work

Thursday
Max effort upper body (bench press)
1. Triceps
2. Delts
3. Lats

Saturday
Dynamic effort squat/deadlift
1. Hamstrings
2. Lower back
3. Abs
4. Possible upper back work

Sunday
Dynamic effort upper body (bench press)
1. Triceps
2. Delts
3. Lats

what the hell is dynamic effort(is it speed training)

Yes Dynamic and speed are the same thing in this case.

Yo boxer it's all good. Keep learning. Buy some of the stuff that put out by Jim Wendler. Like the 3 day program and shit like that.

Also the Never Enough DVD series gives you TONS of info. Start witht the squat workout.

Blue Band

#10 = 170lbs

#14 = 180lbs


Blue Band w/ Bird Tensors

#8 = 225lbs

#10 = 230lbs

#13 = 245lbs


Green Band Tension

#8 = 140lbs

#12 = 145lbs

#13 = 150lbs

#14 = 155lbs

why buy dvds when we can watch you tube free sorry i had to say that if i had the money i would buy dude but i like to eat and basically paying bills are important
